Secondment plan *

Describe your secondment’s research, outputs, host institution, and activities. Avoid jargon, acronyms and overly technical phrases. No list of references required. The text should be at least 300 words long. Longer secondments than three months requires further details. Address each point as they appear.

Link with a task: Explain how your contribution is aligned to one project’s task. Refer to a specific task in the description of the work packages.
Research outline: Outline your plans for contributing to the project through research. Describe the topic, the theory, the research problem, the method for collecting and analysing data, and the potential significance of your findings for the project.
Scientific outputs: Present the related scientific outputs that you can reasonably deliver during the project’s lifetime. Provide the (tentative) title of each output and name of the (possible) journal, working paper series, conference or PhD dissertation in which it can be disseminated.
Host institution: Justify your choice of host institution and the people you intend to work with, including the sponsor. Indicate which kind of skills you can learn, knowledge you can get, research infrastructure you can access, etc., during the secondment.
Training and networking: Announce the courses, seminars and conferences that you intend to participate in at the host institution to enhance your training and expand your network.

Conditions

I will acknowledge the financial support by the European Commission by including the mandatory acknowledgement in my communication and dissemination activities.

I will make all peer-reviewed scientific publications resulting from this project available in immediate open access (zero embargo) via the green route.

Personal data protection The personal data collected with this form aims at reporting the secondment into the Grant Management system of the European Commission. The coordinator of the project only collects data that is necessary to this aim. It does it in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. The data will be kept for five years after the end of the project. The data can only be consulted by the coordinator of the project, the Research Executive Agency of the European Commission, and by an Auditor of the European Commission. The data will not be stored or transferred outside of the European Union.
